Grit

When I was young, I was always told that I wouldn't achieve much or (for lack of a better phrase) never amount to anything. Surprisingly, from elementary school up until high school, I received that energy from adults, teachers, and some of my peers. However, I always remained true to myself and as I've grown, I've come to learn that the light that is in me may sometimes be too bright for others to handle. I took myself seriously and started working on myself my last year in high school. Now I have successfully completed college, started a thriving business during my time in university, got a full-time position right out of college, and now I'm en route to becoming a full real estate broker and investor. I persevered through the nay-sayers, my own bad habits, pressure from all directions, and molding by God.

The funniest part of it all, I'm just warming up and God hasn't even started with me yet.

We thrive, we don't survive.
